Our Mission To serve our customers in a way that makes photography fun, entertaining and affordable.
Company ProfileThe Humble Camera Center was established in 1995 by Jim McCary in the historic part of downtown Humble on Main Street. The business was opened with the intention of being a small town camera store that would offer camera sales and camera repair. The business expanded in 1996 to include custom film processing and custom picture framing. In 1997, the custom film processing was expanded to include 120 and 220 film processing in color or black and white, and also E-6 Slide processing. APS film processing was added as a one hour service. A Kodak Copy Print Station was installed as our first digital machine for printing pictures from pictures and we were able to offer special cropping services as well as red eye removal. In 1998, the store's camera inventory was expanded to include Nikon, Fuji, Pentex, and Canon. The camera accessories inventory such as flashes, straps, bags, lenses, and batteries was increased to include accessories for all brands of cameras. The camera repair department was expanded to include repair Camcorders. In 1999, new digital services were added such as copying negatives, prints, or slides to floppy disc or CD Rom. Other digital services include printing photographs from digital sources or from a digital camera. In 2004, we added a large format printer. We will be expanding our digital services to keep up with the rapid changing technology.Owner - Jim McCaryManager - Brad Crosby
